Microsoft zune accessories

In addition to the capabilities of the device itself, one of the most appealing aspects of the Microsoft Zune is the amount of accessories that are designed exclusively to compliment this new device.
Following in the footsteps of Apple and its revolutionary iPod, Microsoft is currently working with over twelve different companies to develop an extensive range of accessories for the Zune, ranging from simple car chargers to high-end custom audio equipment. This lengthy list of partners includes well-known companies such as Belkin, Harman Kardon, JBL and Klipsch Audio Technologies.
Although Microsoft is bringing in other companies to help them develop many of the Zune accessories, Microsoft has already created a handful of accessories themselves. Currently, Microsoft has released details and prices for nine different accessories. The lists of accessories are:
Sync Cable ($18.99)-The Sync Cable can be used to connect a Zune to a PC or AC Adapter.
A/V Output Cable ($19.99)-The A/V Output Cable is a simple way to play music that is stored on the Zune through any home stereo. Additionally, this cable can be used to share pictures or video from the Zune on any standard television set.
Car Charger ($22.99)-The Zune Car Charger is an easy way to charge your Zune when you are driving in your car.
Gear Bag ($25.99)-The Gear Bag is designed to protect your Zune and provide ample storage room for your various Zune accessories.
AC Adapter ($25.99)-The AC Adapter lets you fully charge your Zune without a PC in approximately three hours.
Zune Wireless Remote for Zune Dock ($25.99)-When your Zune is connected to the Zune Dock, the Zune Wireless remote gives you access to the Zune’s playlist, menu and volume controls from anywhere in the room.
Dock ($33.99)-When paired with other accessories, the Zune Dock can be used to charge, synchronize, share or play the Zune.
Premium Earphones ($33.99)-Zune Premium Earphones, which come with their own storage case, are designed to deliver the highest quality of sound from the Zune.
FM Transmitter with Autoseek ($69.99)-When the FM Transmitter is attached to the Zune; it allows you to wirelessly transmit music from your Zune through any standard car stereo system. The FM Transmitter automatically finds the best available radio station.
In addition to selling individual accessories, Microsoft has put together three different packs. These packs contain different combinations of the accessories listed above. Currently, these are the Zune packs being offered by Microsoft:
Car Pack ($64.99)-Includes the Zune Car Charger, Sync Cable and FM Transmitter with Autoseek.
Home A/V Pack ($74.99)-Includes the Zune AC Adapter, Sync Cable, A/V Output Cable, Docking Station, Gear Bag and Wireless Remote for the Zune Dock.
Travel Pack ($80.99)-Includes the Zune Gear Bag, Premium Earphones, Sync Cable and AC Adapter.

I am technically challenged and I bought a Zune 1089 for my daughter second hand. I know nothing about them and I got nothing with it. What do I need to get this thing going to be able to get it working and how can I get some type of instructions for the Zune equipment I do have? I paid $100.00 and all I got was a battery pack, the Zune and some headphones that didn’t come with it. How do I get the stuff I need to get it going?
