Zune pre-loaded content issues

Mike Recently lot of people who bought zune had preloaded content related issues. For some it was never present in the first place and for others they either deleted it by mistake or ended up removing it during a simple process like syncing. So, I’ll address these issues here.
Unfortunately there is no way to get the preloaded content back on to the device for free. But if you really need it then you can purchase it from the zune marketplace. How? Go to zune marketplace, playlists, and stories and look for zune preload.

Now on the other hand some people can’t seem to get rid off it. So, in that case how do you remove the preloaded content? One way is to sync the device with the zune software and delete it manually.
Other way is to connect the device to more than one computer. After you connect the device to the second computer, select sync with your library on this PC. Remove all the content on your zune and replace it with the content in this library instead when you see the “Relocating” screen. Do not select connect this zune as a guest.

I can’t get the preloaded content from those links, how do you do it?

Martin, the links are still working fine. Just click on the links and it will give to an option to save, select that option and once downloaded uncompress the archive using winrar or any other uncompressing utility tool. Hope this helps

Mike, I can’t get the links to work either. I’m not getting the save option. Do I have to yet a while for it to start downloading?

Hey Glen, I don’t know what the problem is but the links are working fine for me. May be you have pop-up blocker installed. Or if you don’t get the save option automatically try clicking the download button on that page. Thats should do it. If you guys still have problems then please let me know and I’ll try to download and host it on my server.

The RAR link to download the Zune preloaded content does not work. I get to the MyDataBus site and cannot upload anything.
Is there another way to get this content than using MyDataBus?

I tried all three links and the site states that the files aren no longer being shared by the user. I happened to accidentally erase the content of my Zune, but I didn’t think the pre-loaded content would erase as well. This all happened during the first sync process.

I want to know how to delete photos because it automatically put all photos from all folders on there and I don’t want them all but I don’t know how to get them off and I don’t want to delete everything. Help!

I want to know if its possible to download the preloaded content (and by that i refer to the music videos) from the 30 GB version the one that had 30 second to mars and the others…so please if you know of a site where i can get it back just let me know.I deleted those by accident.
